Featuring a new extended warranty, Hitachi’s sleek, flat screen display will begin shipping today at the new price point of $9,995. Hitachi, a world leader in the plasma display market, will offer customers the innovative, best-of-breed display unit with a two-year limited warranty, double that of the conventional one-year limited warranty.

The CMP4120HDU can also be mounted either vertically or horizontally – ensuring limitless flexibility for customer installations. Featuring a native resolution of 1,024 x 1,024, this high-definition display provides sharp, vivid images for maximum visual impact.

In a continuing effort to offer the most advanced products at competitive price points, Hitachi has extended upon the price reduction of the CMP4120HDU by offering a new extended warranty. Now, Hitachi’s entire line of Plasma Displays, including both the 42-inch and 37-inch models, includes a two-year limited warranty for parts and labor. In the event that a Hitachi Plasma Display requires maintenance within that time frame, Hitachi’s highly trained service personnel will perform necessary maintenance and repairs at no cost to the owner.
